Poise Swimwear was founded in 2017 by  Zanele Luísa Macalagh, an entrepreneur and attorney who brings a unique blend of her Angolan heritage and South African upbringing to the brand. As a young mother in her twenties, Zanele launched the brand with a mission to create high-quality, stylish swimwear for women of all body types. Like so many women, she wanted swimwear that would help every woman feel confident, even those with the natural marks of motherhood.

Our collections are inspired by a passion for travel, natural beauty and a love for all things coastal. With pieces ranging from chic, monochrome classics to vibrant, resort-inspired styles. Each swimsuit and dress is made to celebrate every shape and size, ensuring that you can feel your best in and out of the water.
